🪑 Your Seat’s background trait decides which fund it can join, so people can swap chairs based on how each fund is performing
🪑 A Seat is not just a PFP ❌ after enrollment it gives you a vote, dividends and an on-chain Briefcase that travels with the NFT
🪑 Simply holding the NFT does nothing, you have to pay a one-time enrollment fee to unlock voting and payouts

I bought it because the product is already doing what most RWA names are still pitching.
