## @davidtsocy (David Tso (dave.base.eth)) · 09-28 20:40 · ♥51 ↻6 💬19 Citi’s institutional clients can now accept stablecoin payments on @base at checkout without holding or managing stablecoins directly

@coinbase’s infrastructure automatically converts the digital currency into fiat, and @Citi settles the funds as the bank of record > 引用 @coinbase: We're bringing stablecoins into the banking system with @Citi.

That means instant stablecoin acceptance for institutions - all on bank-grade, regulated infrastructure.

The next step for stablecoins becoming everyday money. https://t.co/9ftQ50yl5y https://x.com/davidtsocy/status/2104672663901966748

## @ZbcnOg (Zebec Bull 🏴‍☠️🐂) · 09-28 16:13 · ♥42 ↻11 💬1 This map shows the rails. Ripple. Stellar. Quant. XDC. Hedera. IOTA. Algorand. Hyperledger. R3. ISO. CBDCs. What’s missing is the thing those rails are actually for. $ZBCN isn’t another consensus box on the chart. It’s the money-in-motion layer sitting on top of them. Second-by-second payroll. Programmable streams. Cards that spend in the real world. Dual-rail payouts that can hit ACH / FedNow and on-chain from one stack. Stellar payroll. ISO 20022 alignment. Nacha-adjacent institutional plumbing. Circle / USDC rails. That’s not a logo on a diagram — that’s cash flow. 💎 Everyone maps who talks to who. Zebec maps who gets paid, when, and how fast. The chart is interoperability. $ZBCN is utility that actually hits a paycheck, a contractor, a card swipe, a treasury stream. Hidden gem energy because it doesn’t need to be in the pretty picture. It needs volume. Fees paid in $ZBCN. Buybacks funded by product revenue. Unlocks done. Deflationary phase. Real users, real payroll, real spend. The missing piece isn’t another L1. It’s the PayFi layer that makes every other box useful. #ZBCN #Zebec #PayFi #RWA #Stablecoins #ISO20022 #Stellar #Solana #Robinhood #Tokenization #CryptoPayroll #HiddenGem 💎🚀 https://x.com/ZbcnOg/status/2104605503846510730

## @MBitcoiner (Muslim Bitcoiner⚡) · 09-28 18:14 · ♥42 ↻7 💬6 Stablecoins are functionally no different than CBDCs > 引用 @TFTC21: Tether has frozen nearly $550 million in USDT linked to Iran's Central Bank and sanctions evasion networks in 2026.

In April, Tether froze more than $344 million across two TRON addresses at the direction of OFAC and U.S. law enforcement. The next day, OFAC formally added those addresses to the Specially Designated Nationals list under the Central Bank of Iran's entry.

In July, another $130 million was frozen across four additional wallets as Treasury expanded the designation. Tether says the combined Iran-linked total for the year is approximately $550 million.

The actions fall within a broader escalation of U.S. sanctions pressure on Iran. In August, Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent announced "Operation Economic Outcast," targeting Iran's financial lifelines including digital assets, gold, aviation, and shipping, with more than 60 entities, individuals, and vessels sanctioned.

Tether says it now works with 340+ law enforcement agencies across 67 countries and has helped freeze more than $4.9 billion in assets globally, including $2.4 billion connected to U.S. authorities.

Seis de cada diez fueron stablecoins.

Aquí la cripto no es casino. Es como la gente manda y guarda dólares. https://x.com/mattunchi/status/2104639846601961651
