While the whole eco is on a massive pullback from vertical from vertical price action, there are a hand full of market leaders that have found solid accumulation zones 50-70% from the highs.
A couple weeks ago, Delta implemented their flywheel which meant their base protocol fee went from 1% to 7.5%. The fees are now being split 80% burn, 20% to delta operations.
Delta team has been working diligently regardless of any noise from chart or price. Just this week Delta has:

In crypto, we often see teams launch a cool product then the pipeline gets stagnant and it feels grifty and extractive. Delta is using their operations funds wisely by hiring reputable people who will accelerate the tech and their presence in the eco. This is how you want to see teams using their funds, not sending the 'operations' budget to a coinbase hot wallet and off-ramping.
