Individuals who purchased an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone 15 Pro Max or any iPhone 16 model between June 10, 2024, and March 29, 2025, for personal or business use in the United States may be eligible to submit a claim for an estimated $25 to $95 per device from a class action settlement.

How much are settlement payments?
Cash payment: Class members can submit a claim to receive a pro rata cash payment estimated at $25 to $95 per qualifying device. The settlement administrator will determine the final payment amount by the total number of claims filed.
How to claim a class action rebate
To receive a settlement payment, class members must submit a claim form for each qualifying device. They can file a claim online or print and complete the PDF claim form and mail it to the settlement administrator.

Required claim information
Class members must include their device serial number on the claim form. They can find this in Settings > General > About, on the original packaging or on the purchase receipt/invoice. If the serial number is not available, class members must provide their Apple account email address and the phone number associated with the iPhone.
