More importantly, we think this experiment can help raise the ceiling for every coin launching on Anoncoin on the Robinhood Chain.
Until now, most coins have largely competed on attention, community and liquidity. Orb introduces a new layer where a coin can sit at the center of a broader onchain financial system.
We want to support that experiment.
From tomorrow, the 0.22% in 'Callout Dividend' fees collected across SPCX-paired coins will now be routed into the Orb vault instead. We will also route an additional 0.31% of platform fees generated by Mooncoin into the vault.
The Mooncoin creator is already routing their 0.69% creator fees there as well.
Why are we doing this?
Because if Mooncoin can prove that a community coin can build deeper economics around itself, it creates a blueprint for everyone else.
It shows future communities that their ceiling does not have to be just another memecoin with a Uniswap pool.
They can build treasuries, vaults, yield mechanisms, new assets and entirely new financial primitives around their communities.
If experiments like Orb work, the entire Robinhood Chain ecosystem benefits because every new coin gets a much larger design space to build within.
Mooncoin just happens to be the first community pushing this idea forward.
