According to The Defiant, U.S. District Judge Jennifer Rochon ruled to dismiss the class action lawsuit against LIBRA and M3M3 tokens, and it was a "dismissal with prejudice," meaning the plaintiffs cannot bring the same claims again. The judge found that the plaintiffs' reliance on a six-month issuance of Meme coins was insufficient to support the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO) allegations; at the same time, the plaintiffs never listed Meteora as a suable entity.
