The privacy problem on public blockchains goes deeper than visible transactions.
Your wallet can become a permanent public profile showing balances, transaction history, counterparties, and activity.
@Americanfort_io is taking a different approach by working around the identity layer.
FortressName aims to give users a human-readable identity without making a reusable wallet address the public identity.
Then SafeSend adds another privacy layer around payments through fresh addresses and without relying on mixers.
What really caught my attention is the compliance side.
American Fortress is exploring zero-knowledge technology to let users prove what needs to be verified without exposing everything underneath.
There’s also ZK-PoSP, designed to prove control of an existing wallet without revealing the seed or requiring funds to be moved.
Bitcoin. Ethereum. Solana.
The broader direction is interesting:
Privacy Verification Compliance Quantum resistance
The goal isn’t necessarily to hide everything.
It’s about giving users more control over what they reveal.
