I've struggled with my family over Bitcoin for years.
Out of our 5 children and 5 spouses; only one of them ever listened to me and bought Bitcoin.
He entered at $20k.
As an aside, his neighbor is a former European tech entrepreneur. He knows a lot.
He makes sure you know it.
The 3 of us were talking years ago during that time about Bitcoin. The neighbor proceeded to lecture us on how Bitcoin didn't have the use cases other coins did.
In particular Etherium.
I never forgot it.
Today he lectured me on something unrelated and I just lost it, and said,
"Hey! Did you ever listen to me and buy some Bitcoin when we were talking; it was around $20k?"
And of course he already had a comeback.
"No.
But it use to be over $100k, didn't it?"
I'm trying to think of the point of this story.
Perhaps it's that the smartest people are just too smart for Bitcoin.
Or that people who have missed the boat will never admit it.
Or that some people will always be waiting for the perfect entry point.
