The Digital Asset Tax Certainty Act would clarify crypto tax treatment, ease burdens on small transactions and extend existing financial tax rules to digital assets.
The bill sets a $10 small-transactions threshold and provides specific tax treatment for qualifying dollar stablecoins and small network and transaction fees.
