Having watched the Solana ecosystem grow last cycle, I can clearly see what's happening.
Key ecosystem tokens are priced to the current liquidity and belief value. We are three months in. Folks are unsure if Robinhood has what it takes to make it.
But we've seen this before, the longer the top coins can hold, the more conviction grows from sidelined and conviction traders.
As many early Robinhood traders built on the potential opportunities three months ago, the ecosystem is moving from early adoption to a growth/expansion phase. There are fundamentals worth building on now.
Early traders are not the same people as conviction holders. This is why the first three months on Robinhood Chain have been rotational games. As time goes on, conviction traders see the opportunity and slowly buy in to replace the early traders' positions.
These are likely OGs, 3+ cycle traders, liquid funds, VCs, market makers, and all people who deploy millions of dollars at a time. It's these people who are waiting to see what lives and what dies.
For example, $PONS and $AI look like the clear winners so far, holding high valuations for a month now.
Although, these same conviction traders might be waiting for max capitulation on these 2 assets. They want the best entries for the strongest assets, like anyone else. These people are likely less likely to top blast at this stage in the game.
These are the people who take coins from second waves to third and fourth waves, into billions of dollars in valuation.
It's not attention liquidity or mercenary capital necessarily, but the deepest pockets.
So don't fud yourself out of generational positions. Your conviction bags become magnets for conviction capital.
