We’ve made real progress, and some early theories are falling away.
The purple feather was NOT added to WALLET on Sept. 17. It was embedded in the token’s immutable launch metadata on July 10. There is no contract function that could have changed it later.
We’ve also now tested other Noxa LaunchTokens. TENDIES and CASHCAT both display their own custom artwork inside Robinhood Wallet.
And we found dated evidence that WALLET’s feather was already being displayed on public market-data/indexing surfaces before Sept. 17 — before Robinhood Wallet and CMC became the story.
So the leading explanation is becoming much simpler:
The artwork already existed publicly. Different metadata/indexing systems appear to have discovered or refreshed it at different times.
What we have NOT proven is the exact path Robinhood Wallet used to obtain it — contract/IPFS directly, another metadata provider, an internal cache, or something else.
We’re now tracing that final hop and keeping the Blockaid warning investigation completely separate until there’s evidence connecting the two.
