A TMF Pass gives access to mint two Seats. Each Seat is assigned at random to one of five funds: BAGEL, LADDR, HAGGL, GRAVY or DARTS. The funds start with the same rules, but their portfolios can diverge as members vote each week.
That vote covers three decisions: asset allocation, how much eligible profit to take, and how much fee flow to burn. If the fund generates qualifying gains, dividends are distributed in ETH to enrolled Seats. Each Seat also has an on-chain “Briefcase” that holds its unpaid dividends and travels with the NFT when it changes hands.
The detail I’d pay closest attention to: minting a Seat is only the first step. Holding it alone earns nothing. To vote and qualify for dividends, you must enroll by paying a one-time fee in $TMF. Enrollment ends when the Seat changes hands, so a new holder must enroll again.
The art is part of the experiment too: TMF says all 4,001 Seat portraits are rendered entirely on-chain, without IPFS or an external image server.
I like the design, but the real test is execution: how the contracts handle votes and trades, whether the funds produce sustainable returns, and what liquidity looks like when holders want to exit. A dividend mechanism is interesting; it is not a guaranteed yield.

most of that liquidity is solana money and it always rotates back home
imo nobody's outrunning solana on the degen game not happening
memecoins, nfts & unimaginable volume — none of it sticks when the surge fades
and right now it's mostly paper hands buying to flip not to hold
bnb chain added over $3.6b in rwa value this year alone outpacing solana's own rwa growth
that's builders quietly winning while everyone else chases volume
look at ethereum, look at what hyperliquid is doing
shipping actual tools and utility not just farming numbers
that's how chains earn the bnb kind of respect
