it comes from making web3 easier for normal people to access.
that’s why the latest move from mint @PlayOnMint caught my attention.
mint a bear is coming to @RobinhoodApp in the next few weeks.
honestly, i think this is a pretty interesting move.
robinhood is already familiar to traditional traders and retail users, so bringing an nft drop into that environment could make the whole experience feel much more accessible.
no complicated crypto jargon. no confusing wallet setup. just a platform people already know. the pixel bear teaser also looks pretty clean, with that retro vibe. we still don’t know exactly what the collection will offer in terms of utility, or whether it is mainly a cultural play for the mint community.
but seeing a platform like robinhood getting involved in nft drops is definitely something worth watching.
