As Stablecoin Insider’s latest analysis points out, regulators across the region are no longer treating stablecoins as a crypto niche.
They’re being absorbed into existing financial frameworks through FX rules, licensing, AML requirements, and reporting.
That changes the infrastructure question.
The next phase is about giving regulated financial institutions the privacy, compliance, and connectivity needed to actually operate onchain.
That’s where Rayls is focused.

First it was checking prices. Then it was placing the trade. Now it's agents paying other agents, no one in the loop, settling in stablecoins because a wallet doesn't care what time zone it's in.
Nobody sent out a memo when this started. There wasn't a launch event for "software makes financial decisions now." It just became normal, one small handoff at a time, until normal was agents holding funds and no one blinked.
