I hate to say it, but I told you so.
The CLARITY Act just failed to advance, with Trump’s crypto interests and ethics rules becoming a major sticking point. Democrats were demanding stronger safeguards restricting presidents and other federal officials from profiting from crypto while in office.

All other parts were agreed to. 10+ Dems were ready to vote yes.
Last item Dems wanted was a floor vote on ethics. Not even a full ethics provision. Just a vote.

Everything is going exactly as I predicted:
Now BTC is following the same path:
$75K → $70K → $63K → $47K → $180K
Next stops:
→ $70K in days → Market cycle bottom in October
