BTC dropped toward $80.3K as ETF outflows, higher yields and geopolitical fears hit risk assets. It later recovered toward $82K after Trump ruled out an attack on Iran before the U.S. midterms.
The bigger concern is institutional flow:
• U.S. spot Bitcoin ETFs saw roughly $244M in net outflows • Ethereum ETFs recorded another $72.5M outflow • ETH ETFs have now seen eight consecutive sessions of withdrawals • Combined BTC and ETH ETF outflows in October are approaching $1B
This is not a confirmed trend reversal yet, but the message is clear: buyers need to return through spot demand, not just leveraged futures.
For BTC, $81K is the immediate support zone. A reclaim above $82.5K to $83.3K would improve the short-term structure.
