This is where @VaultBags is taking an interesting approach.
The idea is to take onchain fees and turn them into exposure to Real-World Assets (RWAs).
Why does that matter?
Because a treasury built entirely around one volatile crypto asset can be highly exposed to market cycles.

Tether, Kazakhstan’s National Bank and the Alatau City Authority have signed an MoU to explore stablecoin development, RWA tokenization and DeFi activity.
The parties will study models for a potential tenge-pegged stablecoin, develop a framework for tokenizing real-world assets and run a pilot in Alatau City.
The agreement is exploratory and non-binding, with no stablecoin issuer, launch date or issuance commitment announced.
