## @murtuza_merc (Murtuza J Merchant) · 09-18 19:15 · ♥147 ↻20 💬13 A 100M POL fee burn and $24.5M in annual revenue show real usage, but Sandeep calling his own stats bad cope gets to the core issue. Cash flow and fee burns mean nothing when the market wants narrative catalysts.
Polygon spent $250M buying payment infrastructure to route $3B in stablecoins, yet ARB rips 28% on SEC exemptions and NEAR pumps 45% on AI intents.
Programmatic supply destruction is clean tokenomics, but fee burns cannot force price appreciation when capital is chasing regulatory and AI tailwinds elsewhere.

## @darpanmunjal (Darpan) · 09-18 18:43 · ♥76 ↻9 💬20 More buyers want to pay for domains in crypto.
So we now accept direct USDC and USDT, up to $1M. No third-party account, no approval steps.
A lot of capital sits in stablecoins. Making it easy to spend on a domain opens up a new pool of buyers.
Direct stablecoin payouts to sellers next. https://x.com/darpanmunjal/status/2101019396474909124
## @bob4punk (Bubbafox) · 09-18 19:50 · ♥59 ↻5 💬4 $LINK Chainlink is the diamond in the rough because Chainlink’s biggest opportunity could only emerge after the rest of crypto matured enough to need it...it was always going to be last to the top 3(currently 13). BTC had to prove digital scarcity... ETH had to prove programmable blockchains.... Then came the L1s, L2s, DeFi, stablecoins, dApps, institutional tokenization(now) and real-world assets. Chainlink’s job was never to be another island Its job was to connect the islands, data, blockchains, banks, assets, applications and payment systems. That is why, in my view, LINK was always structurally positioned to mature later than BTC and ETH. You cannot dominate interoperability, cross-chain settlement and onchain financial infrastructure when there is barely anything worth connecting yet. Now there is... its happening NOW! The more fragmented the onchain world becomes, the more valuable a common connectivity layer can become and if tokenized finance grows the way major institutions expect it to, Chainlink does not need to replace Bitcoin or Ethereum to become enormously important...It just becoms the infrastructure they and the rest of the financial system increasingly depend on. BTC created the asset.. ETH created the programmable economy and Chainlink will connect that entire economy together. That is the bull case.
Chainlink isn't late.. its just getting started..$1kisFud > 引用 @AndrewMcMarkets: We hosted 15 of the world’s leading fintech/crypto research experts for lunch today to share some @chainlink news and discuss the tokenization trend we are all witnessing in real time.
There will still be disappointments and struggles ahead, but I could not be more optimistic and encouraged about the future of this industry and the wonderful community building it. https://x.com/bob4punk/status/2101036046498885824

woman: starts her day with coffee and reading The State of Policy by @WalletConnect
5 core ideas:
→ regulators go after the exchange, not your keys → legal in one country ≠ legal in another → the exchange gets regulated, not your wallet → DeFi: no company in the middle. who do you regulate? → HK, Japan, Korea, UAE want stablecoins in their own currency, not only USDT

## @Nonso_Obiefule (Chinonso) · 09-18 17:16 · ♥42 ↻8 💬5 Media interest in the onchain angle of the Dangote IPO has been overwhelming.
In the last 48 hours alone, I’ve responded to at least 5 media requests from some of the region’s leading tech and business publications, all trying to understand what this means for Nigeria’s capital markets.
We’re watching the distribution layer of the Nigerian capital market evolve in real time: stablecoins, blockchain rails and onchain products are creating new pathways for users to access traditional financial assets.
It’s particularly exciting to see Solana-integrated products, including teams supported by @SuperteamNG, at the forefront of that shift. https://x.com/Nonso_Obiefule/status/2100997385291747473

The prior bull cycle drove huge adoption of stablecoins like USDT/USDC/etc. The upcoming cycle will drive massive adoption of Ethena's digital dollar USDe, a dollar equivalent that is productive by providing an attractive yield. https://x.com/spacanpanman/status/2101015858256527632
