## @TedPillows (Ted) · 09-27 13:20 · ♥345 ↻25 💬75 This is not Bitcoin, Solana, or AI stock.
This is Bitfinex $ETH short positions.
Someone is betting up aggressively on the Ethereum dump right now. https://t.co/tqS2P5n00V https://x.com/TedPillows/status/2104199540790198287
## @MaxiCalls (𝐌𝐚𝐱𝐢𝐂𝐚𝐥𝐥𝐬) · 09-27 08:57 · ♥205 ↻3 💬117 That push through $2,700 finally gave Ethereum some breathing room.
ethereum:native is now trading near $2,716 with the first real test sitting around $2,720-$2,730. It already reacted from this area once so I wouldn’t treat the next attempt as an automatic breakout.
If buyers hold $2,700 on a pullback, another run at the upper range looks reasonable. Lose it again and the market could quickly revisit the high $2,680s.
Nice move so far. Now it needs to stick. https://x.com/MaxiCalls/status/2104133325765919189
## @crypto_banter (Crypto Banter) · 09-27 11:44 · ♥238 ↻34 💬10 🚨VITALIK SAYS ETHEREUM IS NO LONGER JUST A BLOCKCHAIN!
@VitalikButerin published “The cryptographic world computer” today.
He said Ethereum after Hegota is a hybrid of a chain plus modern cryptography, not just a ledger.
If the roadmap lands, Ethereum gets cheaper computation, more scale, and stronger privacy. https://x.com/crypto_banter/status/2104175419683443037
## @wyckoffweb (wyck 📴) · 09-27 08:23 · ♥212 ↻24 💬38 Scammers found a way to make people send them $2M on their own without sending them a phishing link.
They created an entire fake GIWA Mainnet.
Then used the real GIWA Chain ID: 9134 for the fake network.
So when people added the network to their wallets, everything looked legitimate.
Then they created a fake bridge.
People connected their own wallets.
Sent their own ETH.
And approved the transactions themselves.
Except the ETH wasn't actually being bridged to GIWA.
It was being sent straight to addresses controlled by the scammers.
By the time people realized the entire "GIWA Mainnet" they were using was fake, roughly $2M had already been lost.
They literally created a fake blockchain using the real Chain ID and got people to bridge their money into it themselves.
You've got to be extremely careful this days. https://x.com/wyckoffweb/status/2104124774997725458
