Dario’s whole article is screaming how bullish cybersecurity stocks will be.
Dario also makes a very bullish statement for semiconductor restrictions:
“Chips will be the main determinant of China’s AI strength.”
He’s advocating tighter restrictions on advanced AI chips, semiconductor manufacturing equipment, chip smuggling and overseas data-center access.
That reinforces the idea that compute itself has become strategically important infrastructure.
