## @cryptodylnews (Crypto Dyl News) · 09-15 19:43 · ♥62 ↻17 💬9 🔔 🇺🇸 You can thank Sen Warren & Jp Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon for causing the failure of the crypto clarity act today 👏
Jamie Dimon is scared of losing tons of business due to pure greed on offering small yield to his clients while crypto embraces high APY. Pure manipulation for his own gain for his company/bank. He lies to get his way. News flash. Stablecoins pay HIGHER interest yields than banks. Don’t use banks for interest. Use Stablecoins instead. Don’t give these corrupt banks your business.
Senator Warren is a PUPPET for the banks to help bail them out. Banks are outdated just like Senator Warren as she is 77 years old, expired old lady talking about modern day finance. She does NOT belong in these conversations. All she speaks on is attacking Trump to paint a false narrative that “crypto is bad” aka “orange man bad”. She will automatically go against Trump no matter the cost. Even at the cost of harming millions of American investors by making the bill fail just for the sake of her political beliefs.
Midterms are coming up, remember and know exactly what the democrats did to your portfolio today and remind them of their corruption with a vote of your own in November.
Jesus is king, the truth always prevails. The ones who seek truth and have integrity to focus on the longterm will win in the end. This is a blessing in disguise. More discounted prices.
Staying positive for you guys❤️🙏📈

Trump can continue making billions and crypto companies can offer as much yield on stablecoins as they’d like. https://x.com/LucasNash5201/status/2099952561625215346
## @EliNagar (Eli Nagar) · 09-15 17:32 · ♥45 ↻10 💬8 Why are bitcoiners celebrating the CLARITY Act?
I sat down and read it. If I can't hold my own money, spend it privately, and build useful things without asking for permission, it's not a win.
Wall Street and banks got their deal. Here is what's buried inside 🧵👇
🔸️If a local bank wants my savings, it should offer me a better deal.
Simple as that.
Instead, this bill lets the government choke off rewards on stablecoins just so old-school banks don't lose customers.
If a legacy bank can't compete with open-market interest rates, that's their failure.
🔸️A company can freeze your money for 30 days just on a "hunch". A simple letter from the police can stretch that to six months.
If the company acts honestly and follows the rules, it's protected from having to compensate me for the hold.
If they're wrong, I want a quick way to get my money released.
Six months can ruin someone's life.
The fact it's called temporary doesn't help.
🔸️Treasury gets the power to block entire categories of transfers if they flag a risk overseas.
Innocent people sending lawful payments shouldn't be collateral damage. If you don't build in clear safeguards, regular users like me, always pay the price.
🔸️We're still putting coders in danger. Nobody want another Samourai case.
If someone writes open-source software and walks away, they shouldn't face decades in prison just because a bad actor used it later.
If Congress wants to protect builders, say it plainly in the law. Don't leave people guessing.
🔸️I'm glad self-custody got there, but why limit it to everyday shopping?
I don't just spend bitcoin, I save in it, and I use it for business.
If the law only protects consumer purchases, it leaves savers and entrepreneurs in a gray area.
Protect the right to hold your own money, full stop.
🔸️My privacy is super important to me. Every time I'm forced to upload my ID and have my payments tracked, someone else gets to hold the keys to my identity.
We see database breaches every single week. When it leaks, and it will, the regulators won't be the ones dealing with the fallout. I will.
Calling it "compliance" doesn't keep my data safe.
Final words: In the end, my test for CLARITY is simple: Does it protect our right to hold our own money and build without permission?
Banks and exchanges cutting a deal behind closed doors doesn't make it a win for everyday people.
Hard decision, but I vote NO. https://x.com/EliNagar/status/2099914241864094072
## @L1bertyLad (𝕃𝟙𝕓𝕖𝕣ⓣ𝕪 𝕃𝕒𝕕☘️) · 09-15 19:20 · ♥44 ↻10 💬2 New @Telcoin Mexico job posting just went live today.
They’re hiring a Compliance & Regulatory Operations Manager who will help lead Telcoin’s “financial institution application” through regulatory review and work directly with CNBV, SAT, SHCP/UIF and Banco de México.
Quick Mexico timeline:
Aug 2024: Telcoin México, S.A. de C.V. is formed.
2025/26: Telcoin begins hiring locally for SAT/VASP registration, money transmitter licensing and an IFPE license.
May 2026: Telcoin Mexico gets its LEI and is shown as an active Mexican entity.
June 2026: Telcoin updates its Terms of Use confirming Telcoin Mexico is the entity providing wallet and digital asset trading services to Mexican users.
Aug 2026: Telcoin officially joins FinTech México, who specifically highlights US/Mexico cross border payments and remittances using Telcoin’s Digital Cash stablecoins.
Sept 2026: Now they’re hiring someone to help take their financial institution application from preparation through regulatory review while building out the compliance and operational side of Telcoin Mexico.
This moves Mexico well beyond “they formed an affiliate.” They're staffing an actual local leadership team, building AML/KYC infrastructure, establishing bank/payment-partner relationships, adapting the product for Mexican regulatory requirements, and preparing for a regulated financial-services authorization.
That makes the Mexico affiliate a lot less like corporate housekeeping and a lot more like the legal shell they're turning into the operating company for the Mexico corridor. ethereum:0x467bccd9d29f223bce8043b84e8c8b282827790f

## @Nick_van_Eck (Nick van Eck) · 09-15 18:24 · ♥45 ↻3 💬5 Erebor knew they would lose money on this product and made that trade off (for now).
Headline buries the lede a bit, the real story re enterprise stablecoin adoption is tweet #2: "Stablecoins...are in practice often not $1 because of redemption fees, uneven liquidity" > 引用 @Yueqi_Yang: Erebor Bank attracted crypto clients this year with a pitch -- the bank would convert their Circle and Tether stablecoins to cash for free.
Sophisticated crypto trading firms quickly figured out a way to make an easy profit out of the offer -- at a cost to Erebor.
