## @PerpVia (PerpVia) · 09-28 06:00 · ♥75 ↻1 💬95 📊DATA: 305 million people now hold stablecoins.
This is one of the clearest signals of crypto’s real user growth. Speculative assets come and go; stablecoin ownership compounds through both bull and bear markets.
For exchanges, the implication is straightforward: more users entering via stables = higher potential conversion to spot, derivatives, and on-chain products. The addressable market just got a lot larger — and more resilient. https://x.com/PerpVia/status/2104451039701446729

Another week, another few billion in stablecoin volume through @WalletConnect 😭
$3.76B this time. USDC still on top.
Feels like stablecoins are slowly becoming less of a crypto thing and more of a normal way to move money.
Do you agree with me? https://t.co/j1HhXeswLN https://x.com/infinity__max/status/2104437445412413727

## @TheLinkPanda (⬡ The Link Panda ⬡) · 09-28 08:58 · ♥44 ↻6 💬1 🚨Sibos 2026 starts today, and I think @Chainlink's agenda tells a much bigger story than simply having a presence at another financial conference.
Across four sessions, Chainlink will discuss cross-chain collateral mobility with @The_DTCC , what happens when money becomes programmable and intelligent, how AI can interact with critical payment infrastructure, and finally what @SergeyNazarov calls the “trust layer for interoperable global finance.”
There is a clear progression here. Financial institutions are building their own digital environments. DTCC is building infrastructure for tokenized collateral. Swift has its own blockchain-based shared ledger. Banks are experimenting with tokenized deposits, stablecoins and private ledgers, while public blockchains continue developing alongside them.
That doesn't produce one global blockchain. It produces more networks that need to communicate with each other.
And that is increasingly where Chainlink is positioning itself.
Not as another ledger competing to store the world's assets, but as infrastructure that can bring trusted data into those ledgers, coordinate workflows between institutions, enforce compliance requirements and move information and value across otherwise disconnected networks.
That's why today's discussion with DTCC on cross-chain collateral mobility is particularly important. Tokenizing collateral is only the beginning. For that collateral to become genuinely useful globally, institutions need to know what it is, who owns it, what it's worth, whether it's eligible, where it currently exists and whether it can safely move into another financial environment.
The interesting question at Sibos is therefore no longer simply whether traditional finance will use blockchain. It's how all of these new financial systems will work together. And @Chainlink is making a very clear argument that it intends to be the infrastructure connecting them. > 引用 @chainlink: Chainlink is at Sibos 2026, Sept 28 to Oct 1 in Miami.
