## @kairo_hl (kairo.hl) · 09-17 16:00 · ♥136 ↻18 💬22 Hyperliquid just took something from Solana that should get people's attention.
$6.73B. !!!! That’s how much USDC is now sitting on Hyperliquid, putting it just ahead of Solana’s $6.72B.
Only Ethereum has more. And honestly, the flip itself isn’t what I find crazy. It’s what the money is doing there.
This isn’t $6.7B sitting in a vault looking pretty. It’s the fuel behind one of the largest onchain trading machines in crypto.
USDC is collateral. Collateral becomes liquidity. Liquidity becomes volume. Volume produces fees. !!
And now Hyperliquid has another mechanism attached to that pile of dollars.
Under AQAv2, the USDC treasury yield is shared with the protocol, with the resulting payment going to the Assistance Fund, which uses it to buy and burn HYPE.
So think about what just happened.
Solana has $6.72B of USDC.
Hyperliquid has $6.73B of USDC that sits inside an exchange economy designed to turn liquidity into activity, fees, and ultimately HYPE buy pressure.
That distinction is where this gets interesting.
Because Hyperliquid isn’t just accumulating dollars. It’s trying to make the dollars productive. I think I explained this in my previous posts
And while everyone is staring at the HYPE chart trying to figure out whether $70 or $90 comes first…
The network just quietly crossed another threshold. And we won't stop!
#2 in USDC. The weird part?
Hyperliquid didn’t need to become Solana to get here. It built a completely different machine.
And now that machine is starting to attract the kind of capital that makes you wonder how large the machine can actually become. https://x.com/kairo_hl/status/2100615791863378278

## @SaroshQ2022 (Sarosh) · 09-17 14:06 · ♥102 ↻13 💬6 SEC NEWS WHO BENEFITS
ethereum:0xfaba6f8e4a5e8ab82f62fe7c39859fa577269be3 IS THE BIGGEST ONE. WHY?
The key difference is that Ondo benefits from the entire category being legitimized, while Coinbase and Robinhood benefit from distributing these products to customers.
BUT LET'S DIG IN.
The biggest beneficiaries fall into three groups:
Coinbase — probably the clearest U.S. exchange beneficiary. It has already indicated that it wants to offer tokenized stocks once regulations permit it.
Robinhood and Kraken — both already operate tokenized-stock products outside the United States and now have a path toward bringing them onshore.
Ondo Finance — the strongest crypto-native pure play because tokenized securities are its central business, not an experimental side product.
Infrastructure providers benefit too:
Chainlink — pricing data, proof of reserves, cross-chain transfers and compliance infrastructure.
Ethereum and Solana — likely settlement networks for tokenized securities. Securitize — issuance, transfer-agent and broker-dealer infrastructure; it already powers major institutional tokenized products.
DTCC — custody, clearing and settlement integration between traditional securities and blockchain markets.
Figure, Dinari and Backed/xStocks — existing tokenization platforms that can pursue U.S. expansion.
BlackRock, Franklin Templeton and other asset managers — easier distribution of tokenized funds and securities.
From a trade perspective, I would rank the exposure:
ONDO — highest-purity tokenization trade and therefore the most sensitive.
COIN — best-positioned regulated U.S. distribution platform.
LINK — picks-and-shovels infrastructure exposure.
ETH and SOL — benefit from settlement activity, but tokenization is only one part of their much larger valuations.
HOOD — meaningful beneficiary, though tokenization remains one component of a broader brokerage business.
The key difference is that Ondo benefits from the entire category being legitimized, while Coinbase and Robinhood benefit from distributing these products to customers.
Chainlink and the blockchains get paid for the infrastructure underneath them. https://x.com/SaroshQ2022/status/2100587145530327273
