The claim alleges LayerZero’s infrastructure was compromised, its 1 of 1 verifier falsely attested deposits, and the team later blamed a configuration it had previously reviewed and endorsed.
LayerZero says the lawsuit is meritless and maintains KelpDAO chose the single verifier setup. But LayerZero later admitted it made a mistake by allowing its DVN to secure high value transactions this way.
