Today is also the monthly close, and September could end up being ETH’s strongest September since 2016.
Meanwhile, ETH shorts on Bitfinex have jumped from around 771 ETH to over 101K ETH in just two weeks.
A move above the resistance area could bring the high amount of short positioning into focus, with a potential squeeze also becoming a possibility.
