## @cryptorover (Crypto Rover) · 09-29 06:57 · ♥635 ↻72 💬65 CRYPTO IS PUMPING AGAIN!
Bitcoin hits $84,000. Ethereum hits $2,700.
The move comes as the US and Iran make progress toward “serious” peace talks. https://t.co/PF6gjxm0Um https://x.com/cryptorover/status/2104827908531376135
## @0xZane_ (Zane) · 09-29 03:27 · ♥203 ↻0 💬263 what if crypto could prepare for quantum attacks without forcing everyone to move their coins?
that’s the thesis behind @Americanfort_io and its ZK-PoSP research
most wallets rely on elliptic curve signatures. if powerful quantum computers eventually break those keys, migration could mean new addresses, new signatures and users moving funds.
AmericanFortress is exploring another route.
prove you own the original wallet seed without revealing it.
the address can stay the same while a zero knowledge proof shows the wallet knows the seed behind it.
the idea extends across Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana, with later work exploring proofs that two addresses on different chains came from the same hidden seed.
but there’s an important catch.
this is still research.
Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana don’t verify these proofs today. The chains would need to support the new proof system before users could rely on it at the protocol level.
their August funding thesis is basically about building the migration layer before quantum risk becomes an urgent problem.
not “crypto is quantum safe.”
more like:
keep the assets. keep the address. change how ownership is proven. https://x.com/0xZane_/status/2104775033231175752
## @AshCrypto (Ash Crypto) · 09-29 07:15 · ♥334 ↻35 💬60 $ETH IS BACK ABOVE $2,700 🔥
ETH/BTC is gaining momentum today so we might see a big move in ETH. https://t.co/8qBrbDXMon https://x.com/AshCrypto/status/2104832517471875191
## @eliz883 (EliZ) · 09-29 06:47 · ♥213 ↻14 💬32 $ETH is trading within a range; I’d wait for a pullback before taking a position, but above 2620 on the 15-minute chart, there’s a good chance we’ll see a spike upwards https://t.co/RJNTc6NGba https://x.com/eliz883/status/2104825342888472877
