There is still NO publicly announced reimbursement program. Meanwhile, Korean reporting gives us information victims have been demanding: IoTrust acknowledged roughly 110 reports of abnormal asset movements and said it was investigating the possibility of an issue involving private-key/random-number generation in older versions of the DCENT app.
So where are the answers? What exactly failed? How were the wallets compromised? How much has actually been frozen or recovered? Is there insurance coverage? Will victims be reimbursed?
