It's been a while since our last big community update. Today, we are ready to share the direction forward.
1️⃣ TOKENS SALES END TODAY
Effective immediately, ION is ending all token sales.
As our products launch one by one and start generating revenue, our focus in the coming months will shift towards establishing a token buyback program.
This marks a major transition for ION: from funding development to launching products, serving users, and building a revenue-driven ecosystem.
2️⃣ SIX PRODUCTS. A STACK OF PRIVACY.
We have completely updated our website to reflect this new direction.
ION is building six products around a shared privacy infrastructure and residential network spanning more than 200 million homes.
🔐 Residential VPN
A VPN powered by real residential connections rather than easily identifiable data center IPs – designed to make browsing, streaming and banking feel like ordinary residential activity.
🌐 Residential Proxies
Access to residential connections in more than 195 countries, with segmentation by country, state, city and ISP, unlimited concurrency and a network built on voluntary participation.
✉️ Secure Email
Private email with end-to-end encryption and at rest. Keys are generated and maintained on the user's device, meaning ION servers only handle encrypted data.
🛡 Privacy Browser
A Chrome-compatible browser built to block trackers and reduce browser fingerprinting by rotating identifying tokens between sessions – without giving up familiar extensions and workflows.
🔑 Password Vault
A zero-knowledge vault that encrypts credentials on the user's device and includes password health monitoring, breach alerts, and passkey support.
🤖 Agent Access
Residential internet access built for autonomous AI agents. Agents can access the network and pay per request via x402 micropayments – no traditional account, subscription or exposed API key required. Six products. An account. A shared infrastructure.
3️⃣ BUILT ON 15 YEARS OF TECHNOLOGY
These products are not being built from scratch.
Its foundations are based on protocols and infrastructure developed at Leftclick over the last 15 years. The core backend technology already exists.
Our focus now is on transforming that infrastructure into intuitive, polished products that people and AI agents can use every day. This significantly shortens the path from development to launch, and the first product launches are getting closer.

Why I like the setup:
- Stock is down about 46% from its June 3 high of $134.92 on automotive exposure, China cyclicality and a valuation reset, while the business kept growing - Q2 revenue was $1.60B, up 9%, and Q3 is guided to $1.65B to $1.75B with gross margin expanding to 40% to 42% - The inventory correction is ending: distribution inventory fell to 10.1 weeks, fab utilization rose to 83%, and lead times stretched from 27 to 32 weeks - AI data center is its fastest-growing business, expected to more than double in 2026, with management targeting another doubling in 2027 and a new Vcore socket win generating revenue by year end - onsemi says its power content per AI rack can go from about $15,000 today to roughly $115,000 as racks move to high-voltage architectures - The $7B Synaptics acquisition closes mid-2027, inside this contract's window - 486 days of runway gives this trade time to work through short-term noise
The max you can lose on a LEAP is the entire premium you paid. In this case, that's $2,200 per contract. LEAPs are leveraged and can lose value quickly if the stock drops or stays flat. Only size this so you're comfortable losing all of it.
Note: LEAPs are one tool inside a broader portfolio. Owning shares is always the primary use of capital. This is a selective add-on for high-conviction moments when conditions align.
