If you spend weeks building anticipation for a launch, tease a cat throughout the rollout, and then that same cat can’t even push past $5M MC, that sends a pretty clear signal to traders: attention on the chain doesn’t translate into meaningful follow-through.
Once traders stop believing that early momentum can turn into a real run, they stop deploying capital there.
Base made this mistake repeatedly by letting promising ecosystem-native momentum fade instead of compounding it.

Where does it go?
→ 70% flows to one wallet — its ultimate purpose is still unclear.
→ 30% flows to a wallet that appears connected to Windward Labs / possibly Node, associated with @seth and @philmohun.
Seth brings deep experience in $EVM smart contracts and $DeFAI infrastructure, while Phil leads operations at Node — with its Palo Alto presence and a new SoHo NYC location opening this month.
And there’s another connection worth watching:
Micky Malka has been identified/reported as a shareholder in @nodefnd
That matters because Malka is the founder of @RibbitCapital , while $SEC filings independently establish that he serves as investment manager of Tibbir Holdings LLC and has longstanding $TIBBIR-named structures connected to his holdings.
So my current working theory is that the 30% fee allocation could represent an ongoing development/operational retainer for infrastructure being built around the Ribbita ecosystem.
That remains a hypothesis — not confirmed.
But the pieces are becoming increasingly specific:
$TIBBIR → $Uniswap v4 Hook → 1% Trust Tax → automated fee routing → infrastructure/development wallets → Ribbita ecosystem.
And remember the line:
“TIBBIR was built for real-world assets.”
If that statement eventually connects to the agentic infrastructure we’ve been tracking, this tax may be much more interesting than simple tokenomics.
