Banks and financial institutions are experimenting with tokenized deposits, while dollar stablecoins are becoming part of the regulated financial conversation. A dollar can increasingly exist not merely as a number inside one bank’s database, but as a digital claim capable of moving across programmable infrastructure with settlement rules embedded around it.
