I am still holding my short.
BTC got rejected hard from $87.3K and now the 4H chart is making lower highs inside this channel.
Next important level is $81K–$82K. Once this breaks, BTC will dump to $78K very fast, and after that $73K–$74K.
$BTC will follow this path: $85K → $82K → $78K → $72K → $62K → $90K+
These small pumps are just trapping more buyers before the next leg down.

Bitcoin has now entered the final bull trap.
We're now at the exact level where every previous fakeout failed.
$BTC will reject $85k and liquidation comes next.
85K → $82K → $78K → $72K → $62K → 90K+

I posted back on July 1st about Bitcoin closing 3x 3M red candles.
It was right on the 2021 high support line.
I said...
"As you all know I believe the overall market is in a much similar position to 2019 than 2022. I don't think we get a 4th red candle."
We didn't get a 4th red candle...
We got a massive bullish engulfing candle.
When you look at these HTF charts, you see things very clearly.
This entire move from the start of 2024, to 3 months ago, was just one very large breakout a retest.

The last two times this happened were in 2022 and 2019.
In 2019, the mid cycle correction, the third candle marked the low.
In 2022, there was a 4th.
Bitcoin has never closed more than 4 3M candles in a row.
Right now, the current 3M candle is sitting right at the 2021 cycle high 3M candle.
As you all know I believe the overall market is in a much similar position to 2019 than 2022.
I don't think we get a 4th red candle.
