We built the tech and built it fast, now we need to rip out what doesn't need to stay. Adjust what does, and condense everything else to be powerfully simple and intuitive to use.
We've put https://t.co/h6qH0iIqy5 live so you can watch us make these changes in realtime over the next 24 hours whilst usage on https://t.co/igUGEA9ihk stays unaffected. Once we're done, we'll perform multiple rounds of user and community feedback and then clean and reship.
Both will merge into our original domain when done, and the web version on mobile will be 1:1 to the mobile app.
Here's what the next 24 hours of workload looks like:
1. Global UI (the look) Light mode by default everywhere; dark one tap away.
One typeface, one logo, and one red, used only for the logo and the main button.
The same buttons, menus and panels on the website, in the app and in Help, so it's one product.
No shouty uppercase labels and no dots between words.
Dates are written out, like "28 September 2026".
The moon stays as the brand moment, and sits calmer behind chats.
2. Global UX (how it feels) Open it and type. Nothing to choose first.
Pro picks the model for you. Picking one yourself is still one tap away, and it only applies to that chat.
Your balance is always in view, with Add credits one tap away, even mid-chat.
Buttons only show up when they matter.
Plain words everywhere, and errors tell you what to do with one button.
Sign in with one box (email or @username), with wallet as a link. Your typed question is kept while you sign in.

3. Removing The five tiles on the home screen. Signed-out visitors get three example ideas instead.
Compare, Temporary chat and Projects.
Room settings: models, clip length and shape.

Duplicate places: History, Search and the Collab list become one Chats list, and Files joins Library.

4. Keeping Choosing a model yourself, and Skills, both in the model picker.
Memory, working quietly, with a list to see and forget things.
Collab rooms with a shared room balance. In group chats, askr answers when you @askr it.

Crypto first for paying, card second, with the consent tick box.
Send credits (tucked away) and referrals (one simple row).

5. The chat box One chat box everywhere: home, your chats and group chats.
Four buttons:+ adds a photo or file, makes a picture, clip or song, or chooses a model; Pro; Mic; Send, which turns red only when there's something to send.
The paperclip opens your phone's file picker straight away.
Web search happens by itself.
6. Chats and Collabs A chat on your own looks like a normal chat.
Tap Share in any chat to invite people, and it becomes a Collab.
One panel for everything about the chat: share, people, room balance, memory, things made, leave or delete.
Each answer shows which model answered and why. Underneath is one line: price, copy, try again, more.
Delete chat really deletes it.
7. Money A balance button with + on every screen.
If you run out of credits, a card in the chat offers Add credits, then Run it now.
One Add credits panel: SOL, ETH and USDC up front, other coins behind "Other coin", card as the second option.
No free starter credits.
8. Finding things and settings One menu: New chat, Chats, Library, your account.
Chats you can search, including inside the messages.
A Library with everything you've made and uploaded.
