我一开始看到🪑的时候，也以为又是一个 NFT 项目。
但仔细看完机制后，发现它真正有意思的地方其实不是 NFT 本身，而是 Seat 背后的参与逻辑。
TMF 总共设计了 4001 个 Seat，并进一步分配到 5 个基金。
也就是说，Seat 更像是一张进入整个 Mutual Fund 体系的门票。
持有之后，参与者不只是拥有一个链上资产，还可以参与后续的基金治理。
比如每周会进行相关投票，由社区决定基金资金应该怎么使用、怎么分配以及相关费用。

目前的规则里，一张 Pass 对应 2 个 Seat，铸造成本是 0.01 ETH。
