PANews, October 2 — The latest holdings of "AI stock god" and former OpenAI researcher Leopold Aschenbrenner show that his portfolio is highly concentrated in AI infrastructure, semiconductors and computing-related assets. SanDisk (SNDK) and Micron (MU) are his largest long positions, accounting for 28% and 27.5% respectively. Other major holdings include Bloom Energy (BE, 9.4%), TSMC (TSM, 6.2%) and Nebius (NBIS, 6.1%). He also holds shares in AI data center, chip and energy infrastructure companies such as CoreWeave (CRWV), Core Scientific (CORZ), Applied Digital (APLD), Riot Platforms (RIOT) and IREN.
On the options side, Aschenbrenner recently added call option positions with a premium of roughly $315 million, covering AMD, Bloom Energy, CoreWeave, SK Hynix, SanDisk, Intel and the Roundhill Memory ETF (DRAM), among other underlyings. At the same time, his previous put option hedges against semiconductor companies such as Nvidia, AMD, Micron, TSMC and ASML have been fully exited. In addition, his private investment portfolio includes Anthropic (about $5 billion), Fluidstack ($830 million), Source Foundry ($500 million), MatX ($500 million) and Physical Intelligence ($1 billion).
The disclosure shows that the above holdings mainly come from the Q2 2026 13F filing and recent options trading data. The information indicates that Leopold Aschenbrenner has now removed his semiconductor sector hedges and re-added bullish bets on memory chip and AI computing infrastructure companies.
