A lot of people are negative on the network because a runner meme coin hasn’t launched yet. The price and the market still need time to mature. Monad is around a $300M market cap today.
Robinhood Chain also just launched, but it started with strong fuel: ETH. Ethereum is around a $300B market cap. Solana and BSC are in a different league too. Those networks already have far more capital and liquidity.
Once price stability forms on Monad, runner coins and a more tokenized ecosystem will come more naturally.
Rome wasn’t built in a day. Expecting everything to happen overnight for Monad isn’t realistic either.
