and usdt transfer volume has reached roughly $6t this year, averaging around $25b per day.

that’s the part of the stablecoin trade i find more interesting than supply alone.

USDe was the fastest stablecoin ever to reach $10B, yield-bearing stablecoins are still only ~5% of the market, and Ethena is expanding its yield engine beyond crypto basis into RWAs and equity perps. SC sees USDe scaling to roughly $40B by 2028, while Ethena’s new program directs 95% of net revenue to ENA buybacks and burns.
