Dev 自己下场回购，Holder 开始给国库捐赠。
这比单纯喊口号多了一层内容，因为 B500 想做的是 BNB Chain 上的社区型 Meme Stocks。它把 bStocks、RWA 和股票 Meme 放进一个 Degen Index，收录谁、调整谁，交给社区投票。
国库计划积累 3% 以上的 B500 持仓。达到目标后，每月产生的 BNC 分成两份：一半用于回购 $B500，继续增加国库储备；另一半按规则分给持有者。
持有权重会通过每月多次随机快照计算，长期参与的人更容易拿到完整权重，也能减少结算前临时进场抢分配的情况。
我看这种社区 Meme，K 线只占一部分。Dev 有没有持续回购、国库地址能不能公开核对、每月分配是否按规则执行，这些才决定社区能走多久。
B500 把股票叙事、社区国库和持有人分配放到了一起。社区负责做决定，CTO 负责照着执行。

And $XDC has been at the centre of it
None of this happened overnight though.
In fact, XDC's first steps in Brazil weren't even catered towards RWAs... It was infrastructure for government level verification.
Let's trace the steps back.
Serpro, Brazil's state-owned tech company, integrated XDC Network back in Aug 2024
The focus was around KYC/KYB/AML verification.
Reducing financial fraud across Brazil's digital asset ecosystem at the government level.
Then came the institutional tokenization deals.
April 2025, Liqi Digital Assets partnered with XDC, targeting $500 million in RWA issuances.
Liqi's cumulative tokenized operations passed BRL 1.2 billion by early 2026
Including BRL 600 million in just the first two months of the year alone.
What makes Liqi's number interesting is the shape of it, not one large fund, nearly 2,000 small n medium instruments.
Tokenized credit rights, receivables certificates, FIDC-adjacent structures, issued n settled continuously.
These are real world trade finance assets coming on-chain onto XDC Network.
Exactly what the ecosystem had been built for since Day 1 of XDC's beginnings.
Then July 2025, VERT Capital, a Brazilian credit structuring n securitization firm, signed on to tokenize up to $1 billion in debt n receivables over 30 months.
VERT's existing clients include Cargill, Santander n Raízen.
With already $75 Mil in tokenized trade receivables, it's clear theres real world utility and value here.
Mercado Bitcoin also worked with TradeFinex on XDC, launching Brazil's first ever RWA fixed income token.
None of this happened in a regulatory vacuum either.
Brazil's Central Bank finalized its stablecoin framework, effective February 2026.
CVM, Brazil's securities regulator, maintained a sandbox-friendly posture toward tokenized securities specifically.
Giving issuers like Liqi n VERT validated, regulated structures to actually build within.
Government-backed identity infrastructure first.
Then institutional-grade tokenization at scale.
Then a regulator that built the rails to support both.

The metrics show that RHC is #2 in Dex volume behind Solana while being #10 in onchain TVL.
That shows there is a lot of adoption ahead of us as devs build out more DeFi protocols and new primitives with things like V4 hooks.
As far as positioning goes, it's very simple:
- Long eco - Utility projects (DeFi primitives, AI tech, RWA tech)
Anyone allocating in these sectors with the mindset to hold and not flip will win big.
Don't underestimate how much sidelined capital is out there.
