We are up +279.92% in ~7 months.
When I first took this position, the warrant wall at $27 was my natural target to take some profits. A lot has changed since then.
SATA did not have daily dividends at that point. Quite frankly it has blown every expectation out of the water and I have had to revise my assumptions upward each time.
Even my latest model, built six weeks ago, is already out of date. It priced in SATA raising $100 million a month through to the end of 2027. It is currently doing ~$75 million in a single week.
73 consecutive dividends paid and the balance sheet is stronger than ever. The team has been faultless.
We are at $30 a share with Bitcoin at $81k.
I did not expect mNAV to expand this quickly at these levels, which makes me wonder how far it can actually go.
I now see a scenario where it is comfortably above 3 with Bitcoin at $150k.
I expect the warrants to be exercised from here. That temporarily de-amplifies the balance sheet but at the current issuance pace, SATA rebuilds it quickly.

Today's revelation of $127.2 million in cash reserves was the final piece in the jigsaw for me.
The market has overreacted to the 1-20 reverse split... not realising that the usual rule of thumb does not apply here.
Annual dividend obligation for $SATA = ~$53.3mil which means USD coverage is 2+ years.
Only $10 million in debt remaining from Semler Acquisition.
I am not a fan of buying multiple Bitcoin Treasuries in the same jurisdiction but the US is the exception.
The second largest bitcoin-backed fixed income product in the US is still a trillion dollar opportunity. Fund managers need to diversify and can't have all their AUM in one product.
