There are 200 claw machines actually operating in the real world, with people using them every day and generating revenue through that activity.

That revenue is then being brought onchain through Solana.

No complicated story around emissions or speculative loops. The machines do what they were built to do: operate, generate revenue, and distribute it monthly.

PLAY is targeting a 12–15% annual yield, with a $230K deposit target.

What caught my attention is the simplicity of the model.

You have physical machines producing real economic activity, while Solana provides the infrastructure for that revenue to move onchain.

Steel earns it. Solana moves it.

the model is more interesting once you look past the “RWA” label.

for PLAY:

→ real users play the claw machines → machine activity is tracked → operating revenue comes from actual usage → that machine cash flow moves onchain through Solana → distributions happen monthly

PLAY is built around 200 operating claw machines and is targeting a 12–15% annual yield.

that’s the part I like here.

the yield source isn’t token emissions or a speculative loop. the machines actually have to generate revenue IRL for the model to work.

If the goal was another memecoin casino that could run for weeks, the market had other plans. Trading activity cooled fast, and only 0.34% of launchpad tokens managed to graduate.

Or maybe this was exactly what Arc wanted.

The focus has always been payments, RWA, and institutional capital instead of chasing retail hype.
