Bitcoin $85K for the first time since January, hard to remember it has been that long while the asset has been depressed all year...but makes it more of a coiled spring now if this is the breakout.
This comeback is pretty impressive given rate hikes and where bond yields trade at.
For those that believe in cycles, Bitcoin is coming up on the typical September/October bottom that has been discussed all year if price action continues to gain momentum. Also moving on from the Clarity Act not getting passed.

I wasn’t born into wealth, nobody handed me money and no one ever gave me an easy route to success. Everything I have today was built through hard work, risk, sacrifice and refusing to give up.
My journey in crypto has never been a straight line, so here is the honest version.
In 2017, my portfolio grew into the millions.
I thought it would keep going forever, so I never sold enough. By 2019, those millions had fallen to around $90,000.
That experience taught me one of the hardest lessons in crypto:
You haven’t truly made the money until you secure some of it.
When the COVID crash arrived in 2020, I backed myself and went all in. It was an enormous risk, but by 2021 I had made millions again.
Then during 2023 and 2024, I made several million more. Meme season was especially good to me and genuinely made me a fortune.
The difference this time was that I took action.
I withdrew millions from crypto, bought multiple properties and put serious money into the bank. I wanted real assets and financial security that no bear market could take away from my family.
I still have a huge amount invested in crypto because I believe in where this industry is heading. However, the majority of my portfolio is now in Bitcoin and other large-cap assets.
I still love high-risk opportunities. That will probably always be part of who I am. But high risk is now a smaller part of a much bigger and more balanced strategy.
I have experienced the euphoria of making millions, the pain of watching almost all of it disappear and the satisfaction of building it back again.
I am not sharing this to boast. I am sharing it because I know what it feels like to start with nothing, take risks and fight to change your life.
My biggest lesson?
Take profits. Protect your family. Buy real assets. Keep cash available. Never allow greed to send you all the way back to the beginning.
You can still take risks but make sure one bad cycle can never destroy everything you have built.
