Looking through the 3M view on @coingecko, market cap has climbed steadily from roughly $6.5B to around $8B.
Volume looks very different.
Daily activity that was mostly below $1B in July is now regularly pushing $1B+, with some September days above $2B.
Personally it’s the datapoint I’d watch.
Issuance tells you assets exist onchain.
Volume tells you whether people are actually doing something with them.
And stocks appear to be doing a lot of the work, alongside commodities and ETFs.
CoinGecko’s new RWA Charts makes that split pretty easy to track across asset types, issuers and timeframes.
