I think the market is starting to price execution/timing risk as if it were demand risk.
There's obviously still risk here. Massive capex, financing requirements and the ability to bring capacity online fast enough all matter.
But with $664B in RPO and OCI infrastructure revenue still growing triple digits, demand doesn't look like the problem.
A lot of the current concern seems to be about WHEN that demand turns into revenue, not IF it exists.

Energy is the obvious bottleneck those days and unless data centers are connected, hardware can't be delivered.
This triggers revenue recognition delays, seen it with $AVGO, and probably others to come.
Don't mistake those for lower demand. Eventually, data centers will be plugged and deliveries completed.
We'll see some fluctuations, but those shouldn't worry us. They'll be opportunities.

설계사무소들은 이미 뭐 짓는지, 알고 있는데 문제가 될까바 따로 적지는 않는다. (내가 아는게 확실하지도 않고 .. ^^;;)
SK그룹은 미국(인디애나, 오하이오), 베트남, 일본, 한국 광주/용인, 당진, 광양까지 대규모 투자 계획을 발표한 바 있다.
베트남 정부가 투자 유치에 굉장히 적극적이라는 기사가 눈에 뛴다. 잘 되었으면 한다.

이 AI Capex 전쟁의 끝은, 상당히 몇 년 뒤의 이야기가 될거란 생각을 한다. 투자자들이 느끼는 버블에 대한 공포와 실제 현실 사이에 Gap이 존재하는 상황은 아닐까.
