For those keeping track of the pre-order bonus items planned for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake on Nintendo Switch 2, we have you covered. This post will be keeping track of everything that’s announced leading up to launch.

Zelda: Ocarina of Time is getting a complete graphical overhaul, but Nintendo is still looking to remain faithful to the original N64 art style. On top of that, though, some gameplay adjustments, improvements, and more are planned – we have a running list of what’s new here.

As for the bonuses, continue below for a look at everything that’s been revealed so far.

Textured foil cover art

We’re counting this as a bonus even though it’s not explicitly so. When The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time initially launches, it will come with a textured foil cover for a limited time.

Nintendo hasn’t said how long the offer will last. That said, to be on the safe side, you may want to pre-order or get a copy right around launch.

Save $10 on the physical version

Believe it or not, this counts as the only Zelda: Ocarina of Time pre-order bonus in the United States. But right now, you can indeed save $10 on a physical copy of the game.

We covered this separately in a different post, but two retailers have price-matched the digital version. Zelda: Ocarina of Time will cost $60 digitally, but the physical version will typically be $70. Right now though, you can get a boxed copy for the same digital price ($60).

This offer is currently available at Amazon here and Walmart here. The price will go up to $70 at launch, if not before, so take advantage while you can.

Spiritual Stones – UK, Europe, Israel

Over on the Nintendo Store in the UK, fans can get Spiritual Stone replicas with their purchase. However, this is currently sold out. Keep an eye out here for the official product page – it’s unclear if it will be restocked before launch.

The replicas are for the Kokiri Emerald, Goron Ruby, and Zora Sapphire inside a display box. They’re made from PVC and acrylic plastic.

Note that the replicas are also available at some other retailers and at Nintendo’s store in Israel.

Slip cover – Canada

For those in Canada, EB Games is offering a free holographic slipcover. This is intended to replicate the original box on the N64.

Art cards, display stand, sticker, wallpaper – Japan

In Japan, Nintendo has various bonuses planned. These include five art cards, a paper display stand, and a 40th anniversary sticker for The Legend of Zelda.

Additionally, those who pick up the game digitally by November 30 can receive a special PC / mobile wallpaper. We have a look at that above.

Game-themed wallet – France

Over at Micromania, the French retailer actually has a couple of bonuses. Buyers can receive an exclusive game-themed wallet and the the Spiritual Stones we showed earlier in the post.

Keychain and coasters – France, Spain, Germany

Once again, France gets two pre-order bonus items for The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time remake, this time from FNAC. The retailer is providing an Ocarina of Time keychain and coasters, pictured above.

Sticker set – Spain

Those who buy the title with FNAC / MediaMarkt in Spain can nab a sticker set based on The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. This can be seen above.

Double-sided poster – Israel

In Israel, Nintendo is offering the double-sided poster pictured above. The company’s store is actually letting consumers choose between one of four bonuses – the others are the three Spiritual Stones, sticker set, and ocarina keychain covered in this post.

Where to pre-order the Zelda 40th anniversary Nintendo Switch 2 system, Pro Controller

As this is somewhat related, we’ll mention that Nintendo is also releasing a special Nintendo Switch 2 console and Switch 2 Pro Controller for The Legend of Zelda’s 40th anniversary (plus a carrying case and screen protector).

We have a bit of bad news on this front: right now it isn’t really possible to pre-order either of these items. Unfortunately, the Zelda 40th anniversary Nintendo Switch 2 system and Pro Controller have been selling out almost instantly everywhere.

We’d suggest keeping an eye on retailer pages such as Amazon (system here, Pro Controller here) to see if there are any restocks. They may come back from time to time – just don’t expect restocks to last very long.

Zelda: Ocarina of Time release date

This title arrives exclusively for Nintendo Switch 2 on November 5, 2026. There are no plans for release on the original Nintendo Switch.
