In 2028, capex is estimated to rise to $1.4 trillion.

This would imply a deceleration from 100% growth in 2026 -> 54% in 2027 -> 12% in 2028.

Since hyperscaler capex is now greater than cash from operations, additional capex would need to be funded by further debt and equity issuance.

Personally, I feel like concentration in the investment grade market is now a significant bottleneck - similar to memory and power...
