- First set one are the immutable stack of five contracts: • DividendSeries takes a Stock Token, mints equal PT + YT, holds the collateral, finalizes, pays out • AttestedDividendOracle brings the dividend factor onchain. 2-of-3 signers, 2-day challenge delay. • ManagedEligibilityPolicy — the only admin power in the system: who is allowed to split • PT — principal claim • YT — yield claim

This will allow you to create custom basket swaps (one position, one margin, one funding rate) all made permissionless and we built a Hyperliquid type vault for the community-capitalised counterparty vault. 40% of trading fees will go towards that.
