first, points. Sleep Points from the loyalty program have no monetary value by themselves, and the team has said $CHI eligibility won't come from sleep tracking or gameplay. $CHI is on Solana with a 1B max supply, TGE targeted for Q4
second, data. per Cointribune, your stats go to the AI anonymized, get processed, and are dropped after the answer comes back. no health data kept on their servers
that's narrower than "your data never leaves your phone", and there's no independent audit yet

Wellness data already has a buyer. Pharma, insurers and researchers pay for sleep files. The user mostly gets a chart.
@sleepagotchi flips the order, and the mechanism is narrower than the pitch. You set a bedtime and a wake time. The score is consistency against that window, not raw hours. One daily NFT is automatic. The second only drops if the target is hit. Hunt is the morning reason to open it. Their own figure is that 78% of users come back shortly after waking, and 76% tighten bedtime consistency inside 10 days, on 20M+ hours tracked.
That file is the part that exists. Sleep is the first live vertical under Gotchi Labs because a night produces dense context an agent can actually read. Shopping, fitness and productivity are still next, not live. $SLEEP is being renamed $CHI for access across those later verticals, on Solana, with no TGE date.
"Valuable to you first" is only true if the coach uses the file before anyone else does. The reward loop is already on. The permissioned-data market is still a claim.
