"There are several conditions right now that put high school and university students in a real state of anxiety,” Sandra Champain-Sellier, a teacher at Berthelot High School near Paris, tells the Reuters news agency.
"It’s too easy to level accusations or say that high school or university students are being manipulated.
"It is, in fact, social realities that are causing things to spiral out of control, unfortunately. We would really like things to calm down", she tells Reuters.
