## @SemiconductorsX (Semiconductor Insider) · 09-12 19:00 · ♥30 ↻3 💬4 Goldman’s Micron model is not a routine upgrade. It is a picture of a memory company sitting in the middle of the AI buildout.

Revenue goes from $37 billion in fiscal 2025 to $131 billion the next year, then $249 billion, then $276 billion.

That is not normal semiconductor growth.

It is what happens when high-bandwidth memory is the scarce input every hyperscaler needs and the industry cannot add wafers fast enough.

The tell is in the slope. Growth is still huge into fiscal 2027, then it slows sharply in fiscal 2028.

That is the classic memory-cycle shape inside a multi-year AI shortage. Pricing power and capex discipline decide whether fiscal 2028 is a peak or a pause.

It has also locked long-term customer agreements covering tens of billions in minimum revenue.

Memory still punishes anyone who treats a forecast as destiny. Supply will catch up. New fabs in Idaho and elsewhere are coming.

The question is whether inference, agents and next-gen accelerators stay ahead of that supply.

At about $975 the stock already prices in a lot of this. Goldman’s $1,100 target is only modestly higher and the rating stays Neutral.

The debate is not whether the next two years look strong. It is how long the shortage lasts and what multiple investors will pay when the growth rate starts to normalize.

This is an infrastructure cycle wearing a memory ticker.

If fiscal 2028 growth really flattens toward $276 billion, do you treat that as the peak or as the new run-rate while the next fabs fill? $MU > 引用 @SemiconductorsX: Goldman Sachs put $276B on Micron for FY28.

That’s up from $131B in FY26E and only $37B in FY25.

AI memory demand is doing what people said was impossible.

Micron currently trades near $975 vs GS $1,100 target.

The cycle is real. The numbers are bigger than most realize.
