Fans are discussing the possibility of a new event gifts feature for Nintendo Switch 2 and Switch following the latest datamine.
X user @idocode01 shared the latest findings from a Nintendo Switch Online app update, pointing to the functionality. What we know so far is that there can be multiple gift events on at the same time. Additionally, each event has its own unique videos, thumbnails, and more.

Right now, it’s unclear what Nintendo’s plans are for the future given the limited information we’ve received so far. The evidence suggests that some sort of system is planned, but it remains to be seen if something concrete will materialize and how exactly it would be rolling out.
