Hut 8 has scheduled its third-quarter 2026 earnings release and conference call.

The company’s notice establishes when investors will receive the next financial and operating update. It does not provide preliminary revenue, energy-cost, digital-infrastructure or compute results.

When the report arrives, I’ll separate power capacity, data-center development, operating utilization, capital spending, liquidity and segment economics. Those measures can move independently and need more context than a single headline number.

Management’s comments on project execution will be useful, but the filed statements remain the anchor.

For now, the calendar is the verified development. The quarter’s performance, funding requirements and forward priorities will only be known once the release and supporting materials are public.

## @MikaelXeeland (Mikael 🎙️) · 10-09 14:38 · ♥32 ↻1 💬4 $CLSK just confirmed its Sandersville AI data center is fully funded through completion.

$2.276B in secured financing. ~$6.6B in contracted lease revenue. No new equity issuance from the bond raise.

I think this is what investors should increasingly focus on across AI infrastructure.

Not just securing MW and signing contracts. Actually funding the buildout and delivering profitable capacity.

Execution is everything.

$CLSK is part of my AI infrastructure book. NFA. https://x.com/MikaelXeeland/status/2108567816857174131

1) OpenAI's reported revenue figures drove the market selloff because investors didn't understand a discrepancy in ARR: The Financial Times reports that OpenAI told investors its annualized revenue was approaching $50B at the end of September. Axios's September 29 report put annual recurring revenue near $70B. According to the FT, citing a person familiar with the matter, investors had tried to make OpenAI's figures comparable with Anthropic's: Anthropic includes sales through cloud partners in its calculation, while OpenAI uses a different scope.

2) TSMC's September revenue: TSMC $TSM reported September revenue of NT$511.857B, up 54.6% from a year earlier and down about 0.6% from August. January-September revenue reached NT$3.899T, up 41.1%. Adding July, August and September gives NT$1.494T for Q3, about 17.6% above Q2's NT$1.270T. That quarterly total is a calculation from TSMC's unaudited monthly figures, ahead of full Q3 results scheduled for October 15.

3) GlobalFoundries joins TSMC's U.S. packaging supply chain: GlobalFoundries $GFS announced a $2B manufacturing agreement with TSMC to establish U.S. silicon-interposer supply for its CoWoS advanced-packaging ecosystem. GF will add fabrication capacity in Malta, New York, including embedded deep-trench capacitor components. The agreement has an initial five-year term and a framework for further capacity expansion across product generations. GF intends to establish the first U.S.-based source of these interposers, with volume production expected to begin ramping in the first half of 2028.

4) Astera expands Aries 7 across copper and optical links: Astera Labs $ALAB announced a PCIe 7 signal-conditioning portfolio spanning retimers, redrivers, cable modules, optical drivers and optical transimpedance amplifiers. The company says the portfolio is designed to extend connectivity from centimeters of board trace to 50+ meters over optical cables spanning multiple racks, with monitoring and diagnostics unified through COSMOS. Copper and optical demonstrations are planned for the October 12–15 OCP summit. The components are expected to begin sampling to selected customers in Q4 2026, with broader availability anticipated as platforms complete qualification.

5) Firmus withdraws its planned IPO: Reuters reports that NVIDIA $NVDA - backed Australian AI data-center operator Firmus shelved its planned $5B IPO, citing market volatility and conditions. According to the report, Firmus plans to pursue private-market capital and consider alternative public and private options. Reuters quotes the company saying the offer terms did not reflect its business and long-term growth outlook, and that proceeding was not in shareholders' best interests. The private fundraising remains a plan. https://x.com/josenajarro/status/2108400652514722120
